| If you've purchased a car in the US in the last 70 years you will be given a pink copy of the sales receipt still. That shows you have title and possession of said vehicle. Ironically I still walk around with the pink slip for my car just because I can. I blame this song. Tommy explained it earlier, but every state in the US still issues the buyer a pink copy of the sales receipt if they use private finance or buy the car outright from a dealer. |
